The Nowatron company has had more than 30 years experience on the Czech and Slovak markets. At the first years of its activity the company was focused on the distribution of the analytic and medical technology. Nowatron has started to offer also specific products of computer technology in the late of 1980s and early in the 1990s.

The market knowledge and experience – achieved by cooperation with the world-wide important suppliers – have brought into being the Nowatron Elektronik spol. s r. o. company in 1992. The company product portfolio was extended and focused on the supply of projection and presentation technology, special computers and monitors, TEMPEST standard convenient computers and large-screen projections.

The company philosophy is based on the cooperation with the top manufacturers therefore on the high-quality products supply, professional consultations, service and above standard approach to all customers.

The main company goal is to satisfy all customers. To achieve the goals it requires - the high quality products equipped with the state of the art technology, responsible team of professionals, reliability and last but not least professional and immediate customer service. Just high quality guaranty and after guaranty service is expression of the skilled customer care. The Nowatron Elektronik authorized service departments provide high level services. Its exceptionality results from the above standard and special equipped service departments that enable service on the components level. A time reduction is the main advantage of this procedure. The service department technical equipment enables easy trouble identification in a device and fast servicing. In this manner our customer can get serviceable products as soon as possible.

The ISO 9001 : 2000 certificate – In July 2003 company Nowatron Elektronik, spol. s r. o. obtained ISO 9001 : 2000 certificate. The certificate was awarded by TÜV CERT − a German certificate authority for quality management systems, RWTÜV CERT Systems GmbH. It confirmed our focus on quality and our customers’ satisfaction. The certificate of quality applies to the entire company Nowatron Elektronik, spol. s r. o., which introduced and has been using the quality management system in the area of the sales and service of computer, presentation and visualisation technology. Nowatron Elektronik, spol. s r. o. met the requirements of the ISO 9001 : 2000 standard and thus it provides another important guarantee of the quality of our services to our current and future clients.
